Helles style lagers are Bavaria's response to the popular Bohemian Pilsner. We are humbled to offer our version of this ancient masterpiece by "spicing" it up with a heavy dose of Rye malt (33% of the malt bill) and finishing it with our crown jewel hop, Gargoyle (you'll also find Chinook, Sterling, and Hallertau on the hop bill). Enjoy the subtle flavors of the rye as they mix perfectly with the peach / pear flavors present from the Gargoyle hops.
