A unique twist on a northwest classic, our version uses our house lager yeast instead of a typical ale strain found in CDA's. We combine Chocolate malts with roasted barley and add generous portions of Simcoe, Centennial, and Cascade hops for a dark lager experience that's very smooth and not overly hoppy.
