Made with over 1 ton of Organic 2 row malt and hopped with 33 pounds of Summit, Centennial, Chinook, Citra, and Simcoe hops, then boiled for 4 hours. It is incredibly smooth and boasts a big floral bouquet. This beer is not for the faint at heart!
