A traditional style Hefeweizen brewed with Pilsen malt and malted wheat which gives it a clean, crisp flavor. Hops are used sparingly to accentuate the esters produced by the yeast we use. Hefe, which means yeast, and Weizen, which means wheat, is a beer of German origin and has been brewed since the middle ages. Try it with a squeeze of lemon.
