What do you say when you see a great, old friend you haven't seen in a while and want to convey a mixture of surprise, enthusiasm, and nostalgia?  "Belzacca!!!"Just kidding . . . I made that up. Belzacca is a made up word, combining the two main hops, Belma and Azacca, used in this first Double IPA of our Double IPA series. Belzacca also has some supporting hops, including Bravo, Columbus, and Summer. With a nice, smooth malt backbone and some mild alcohol warmth, this bold DIPA packs a punch (at practically 10%) and coats your tongue with an intense, yet pleasant bitterness. Belzacca doesn't hold back, tasting like you just fell off the tropical fruit cart and landed amid some pineapples, mangos, and strawberries, with some herbs and citrus mixed in for good measure. Oh the joys of Belzacca! Belzacca . . . see, you just want to say it!
