Our first Stonehorse IPA features Apollo hops. This hefty beer  was brewed with a large portion of malted oats (Simpson's Golden Naked Oats) that creates a smooth viscous body that balances the bitterness and adds a dense nutty aroma to the finished beer. Savory, earthy aromas with funky and fruity tones intertwine to make a complex beer that really showcases the dank, resinous nature of Apollo hops.
