Released in May, this beer is a tribute to the historical "Saison" style, a unique ale made back in the 1800's for Les Saisonniers, seasonal farmhands in the French-speaking regions of Belgium. The heart and soul of this beer is the yeast. We use a special strain that gives distinct citrus undertones to complement the peppery flavors. A silky smooth finish makes this beer incredibly drinkable. 7% ABV
