This is an mild English Style Extra Special Bitter.  Balanced with malt and bitterness this beer showcases the classic English hop "East Kent Goldings"  This mild hop has subtle floral and grassy notes.  We decided to do the American thing with this one and double dry hopped it giving this beer a nice bright hop presence.  We hope this doesn't offend our friends across the pond... God Save the Queen!
