In my right mind I was brewing English style ales in my creative mind I was brewing for the English Commonwealth, both current and former.  I set out to brew something way outside the box and came across a unique hop called Pacific Jade out of New Zealand and the recipe was born. I blended the ESB and Brown together and married it in ESB hop fashion and finished it with the beautiful Australian yeast. The result is a nice malty Brown ESB with the hops and yeast to brew something that as far as I know is a one of a kind.
