Tuileries is the beer that I have brewed for over 15 years and is still to this day my absolute favorite.  Basically my Pale Ale tweaked and well-hopped to boast higher hop flavor.  This is an English Style India Pale Ale that will satisfy those looking for a bit more of a hoppy flavor.  Brewed with English Maris Otter, Crisp 60 Crystal, Columbus and East Kent Golding Hops then left to the Burton Ale Yeast to create the magic that it does so well!  Then dry hopped in the brite tank for 2 weeks with even more Columbus hops.  The results are an extremely well-balanced English Style IPA with a solid hop finish.
