In tandem with cooling temperatures in the Rocky Mountains for which this series is named, we ferment this beer at a cooler temperature. Our approach intentionally softens the spicy, fruity flavors of the Belgian yeast. The result: a harmoniously balanced Belgian - style beer. Enjoy this beer for its moderate hoppiness, mellow peppery character, and its classic Belgian dry finish.
