As with all our beers, we couldn't leave well enough alone. By itself, Swiss Mistress is an excellent milk stout with a roasted coffee, chocolate, toasted grain, and slight caramel character and a rich creamy mouthfeel. After fermentation is complete, the beer is aged on organic roasted cocoa nibs, which impart various rich chocolate flavors and aromas to the beer.
