Big Tart is an Imperial Berliner Weiss. Like Little Tart, this beer has an acidic taste, however, the alcohol content is double that of Little Tart, but it is still very refreshing and extremely drinkable. After fermentation is complete, this beer gets a liberal dry hop with Citra giveing the beer a distinct citrus and tropical fruit aroma.
