The name for this nicely balanced brown ale was inspired both by the often covered Chuck Berry tune & the brewer's quest to refine this recipe to his satisfaction. The result of lots of tinkering is a smooth, approachable darker beer that features layers of gentle chocolaty roasted goodness. The challenge to perfecting Around & Around was to highlight the mildly bitter chocolate & roast flavors without creating a malt bomb with a thick, unctuous mouth feel.
