This golden sour was aged on Cabernet Sauvignon pomace - the pressed fruit material left over from the wine making process. Provided by Leap of Faith Winery, we took this pomace and aged our golden sour base on it, resulting in a beer with a striking burgundy color and incredible grape aromas.
