Smooth and crisp with a very clean Vienna lager profile. Slight but pleasant fruity follow through and low hop profile finish with an added touch of wheat. Inspired by music his entire life, Pete was enjoying a beer in Austria with his wife Lisa when he noted the awesome flavor of the beer. Later he connected the flavor to Vienna malt and mixed these flavors with one from Köln Germany. Thus was born the Für Lisa Kölsch. A mix of German and Austrian styles, it is very refreshing and easy to drink. As a hybrid we were able to increase the ABV above the traditional Kolsch styles.
