A dry, Irish stout. Jet black and opaque with a thick creamy head. Another of our nitrogenated brews. Plenty of roasted barley and bittering hops. Low strength. Complexity is added with acidulated malt. Named for Tom Molineaux, the Black Ajax, a 19th century American manumitted slave. He rose to fame & fortune in England & Ireland as a great boxing heavyweight only to succumb to the pitfalls the lifestyle provided. ABV 4.0%
