Some of the best coffee beans in  the world are grown in the shade  of the Sierra Madre de Chiapas  Mountain Range. To pay tribute to  the vibrant complexity of the region  we've combined their Arabica  "Altura" coffee and Ceylon "True"  cinnamon with our wine barrel-  aged tart brown ale.
