Traditional German Lagers were lovingly stored (aka "Lagered") in Hand-Carved Ice Caves. This natural Cave-Aging gave the Lager Bier a special smoothness over time. As a tribute to this historical effort (and patience), we crafted a classic Vienna-Style Bier and naturally Lagered it in our cellars for months…. no filtration! We used imported German malts & hops for that authentic taste… A great, toasted malt flavor that blends smoothly with a crisp dry Lager finish. "Es ist gut!" 5.4% abv
