
A special release for St. Paddy's Day every year. We craft our traditional Irish Red Ale, and then… "Fire-Stone-It." Yes, this means the we take chunks of super-heated granite stones and carefully add them into the brew kettle. The malt sugars actually sizzle, then caramelize on the stones themselves, and thus infuse the beer with some wonderful caramel notes that you can't achieve any other way. Fire Stoned Irish Ale™ has great malt flavor and yet, a dry finish, which makes it an easy drinking pint.
