Munchen brett features a traditional oktoberfest grain bill fermented with brettanomyces lambicus. It is hopped in the kettle and dry hopped with Nelson Sauvin. It features a hop forward aroma with subtle funk, a light crisp body, and a lingering hint of traditional german malts.
