Super Sneak is a unique combination of styles. First, the beer is soured in the kettle until the target pH is reached, at which point it is boiled to kill the lacto. It is massively hopped at the end of the boil (some people call this hop-bursting) with hop varieties that have huge tropical character. The hop-bursting is accentuated by a massive dose of dry hops and the byproducts of a fermentation with multiple strains of Brettanomyces.
