Part two of our IPA fermentation project. We took one large batch of IPA. After boiling the wort we split the batch into two fermenters. We took one Ale yeast and one Lager yeast. We pitched both yeasts into different fermenters. After fermentation we dry hopped both batches of beer equally. Please try both beers. See the fruity esters effect the Ale version. Taste the dry finish from the Lager yeast and how it changes the bitterness from the dry hops
