At least once a year, we brew this minty refresher for our annual 4th of July party. It usually sticks around through August before going back into hiding. Again, we use lemongrass, this time with fresh mint added at the end of the boil to create a slight crispness without turning the beer to mouthwash. This is the lowest abv beer that we make.
