The I.R.B.C. and Echo Brewing got together to bring you this delicious beer. We started with an Alt Beer, a malty German ale, amber in color and finished with Noble German hops. To the fermenter we added Ancho Chile peppers, to give the beer a deep, rich Chile flavor and a slight kick in the finish. Perfect for spring or any time of year.
