Our Fire Captain Irish Red Ale is both an honor to our local firefighters and the work they do and also to the tradition of Irish red ales. Leaning heavily toward the sweet biscuity flavors of malt this red is true to Horse Dragon balance and leaves you craving a bit more after every swill. Hop bitterness is smooth and noble in character but not overpowering. Body is full and fulfilling and keeps with the nature of an Irish Red. Available on both nitro and CO2 in the taproom. ABV: 6.4%
