Our scotch ale is brewed with six different malts and hopped minimally to showcase the complex malt bill. Since Scotland hasn't declared independence from the UK just yet, we used an English Ale yeast to ferment this to perfection with just a wee bit of residual sweetness. This malty ale is a perfect beer to warm the bones on a cool fall evening so don't be afraid and only order a penny-wheep, get a full pint.
