This is a true Irish Red. We debated at length about dry hopping this brew to give it a more "Red IPA" like aroma. In the end, we decided to stay true to the style, especially since there are so few good examples of true Irish Red Ales. You'll notice a touch of hop bitterness and noble hop aroma with a balanced caramel malt flavor and aftertaste. Robert's Redford is a great beer to transition from winter into spring on the patio in the sun or by the fire when that March / April snow hits us.
