The winner of our Homebrew Competition, Penny Lane Double IPA is a complex IPA brewed with chamomile. Steve and Katie didn't make it easy on us. However, this beer is a true winner. Citrus hop flavor and a piney-like hop aroma merge with the floral, chamomile aftertaste. Of course it's all balanced by a robust malt bill and slight presence of alcohol.
