Our interpretation of a classic style not often made in the US.  However, instead of finishing the beer in the kettle with hops we finished it with 10 lbs of juniper berries.  This beer has a classic Belgian nose with a smooth, spicy finish of juniper berries.  With the big beers of the winter just around the corner and the wonderfully long fall of 2014 in Colorado, this beer will help you transition the seasons.
