Skiing in Jeans is our collaboration with No Label Brewing Company in Katy, TX. Let's face it TX has a rivalry with every state and us Coloradans can always spot a Texan on the slopes because, well, they are usually skiing in jeans. This is a traditional bock base beer with the addition of Colorado wildflower honey and Texas pecans to give it a rich, malty, nutty flavor. James from No Label helped us brew this batch in January so we could lager it and get it out to everyone just in time for spring. It's the perfect transition beer from winter into spring.
