SRM = 3.8, IBU = 18.1, ABV = 5.0% How ours is different: We tried to stay true to the style here by starting with a traditional witbier mix of wheat and barley and traditional witbier spicing during the boil, but then added lemon zest to the secondary fermentation to highlight the citrusy character of witbiers for a refreshing hot-weather quencher.
