Rueben himself contacted us about brewing a Tripel, one of his favorite styles of beer, for Rueben's Burger Bistro in Boulder, CO. We loved the idea and happily agreed. Never having brewed a tripel before, we were eager to tackle the assignment. The result is this bright, refreshing brew full of Belgian fruit esters and a dry finish.
