We used white wheat, flaked wheat, pilsner malt , orange peel, coriander, just the right amount of noble hops, and a yeast strain from Belgium to create this ale. Aromas of oranges and lemon peels, coriander, and just a touch of spice rise from the glass. Light on the palate with gentle sweetness and a subtle clove-like spice, this beer finishes dry with a subtle tartness.
