Normally a barreled beer, this is a small run of un-aged C'est la Saison. Brandy, Cabernet and Rye Whiskey versions will be released later in the year. With aromas and flavors of oranges, white pepper, burnt sugar and toffee; this darkish saison finishes smooth, soft and slightly dry while a touch of alcohol character rounds out this winter warmer.
