This Belgian Wit started with a classic white style beer, with a fuller body and a hazy appearance from the lingering yeast. We took that classic style and shook it up a bit by brewing it with fresh spruce and then finished it with black currant to create a rich purple hue and a complex flavor profile that includes sweetness, a hint of tart fruit, and a resinous astringency.
