A cousin of the barley wine, but wheat focused. This strong beer has a rich color, despite the light grains  used in the mash. The wheat heavy malt-bill gives it a full but unusual mouthfeel. This unique malt profile dances with a slight hop bitterness for a lingering and dynamic finish.
