Aldo's Red is a very flavorful derivation of a German beer style called "Altbier", a little fuller bodied than the German version, this beer has an Irish Red's depth of flavor, but finishes cleaner. Rickoli uses Munich, Vienna and Pilsner malts with a little Nugget hop to give it character.
