Annually we offer the Arizona Society of Homebrewers a chance to brew here on our pilot system. They hold a brewing competition and the winner gets to travel out here to experience the brewery and their gold medal recipe on our pilot system. This year we brewed a Belgian Pils. This beer has soft aromas of clove and phenol, with a crisp and hoppy bitterness that you find from most pilsner styles.
