This beer is proof that something good can come from a minor miscommunication. While milling the malted barley for this brew, a little too much of one certain variety was used, giving this beer a deep copper color with a caramel flavor that compliments the well rounded bitterness from the hops. We hope you enjoy our "little mistake" as much as we do! Tasting notes- malty, graham, light biscuit. Resinous, herby, and earthy. Strawberry, pine, citrus hop characters with an assertive clean bitterness. A sessionable ESB.
