Toasty malt aromas meet an earthier, spicier hop aroma with a forward caramel, fruity sweetness. Flavors follow suit, intermingling spiced apples and touches of toffee, brown sugar and bread crust. Lightly acidic, earthy bitterness stays throughout but is accompanied on the tongue by a sweetness that balances until the spicy hop bite finish. Bold enough that I'd drink a few, low enough in alcohol you'd give your boy one (if that was allowed).
