7.0% Red Ale / Amber Ale

Our american-style red ale that's aged with heavy toast american oak that has been soaked in Jack Daniels and Jim Beam bourbon. Sweet bourbon flavors with a hint of vanilla and oak combines with caramel from the malt and balanced by a good amount of bitterness from the hops. Served in a 16 oz goblet.

Magnifique acidité, pour une bière vieillie en fût de cognac. Longues saveurs en bouche avec un après goût en fond de bouche de cognac que l’on sent quand même..... Légère au nez même si le vieillissement en fût se ressent.
