Back when our brewery was merely a daydream the early success of this beer in local homebrew competitions helped convince us that we were on to something. We've made many tweaks since then as we've moved from one system to another, but our Pale Ale is still the reliable, everyday beer it was years ago. A deft dosage of dry-hops keeps it decidedly San Diegan, with notes of citrus rind and a pleasant mineral taste that accentuates the bittering hop addition.
