This single hop IPA uses El Dorado Hops exclusively for bittering, flavor, and aroma. Renown for very fruity hop flavors and aromas, this IPA has a unique combination of tropical and stone fruit flavors and aromas to balance a malt bill comprised of 6 different malts. Finishes dry with a subtle lingering bitterness that is complemented by notes of apricot.
