The focus of this IPA is on the intense tropical and citrus notes of some of the new hop strains available to today's brewers. Topaz, Mosaic, Amarillo and Citra feature in this highly hopped beer. A small amount of wheat and a small amount of Crystal malt rounds out this IPA.
