Malty sweet, slightly burnt, and pleasantly bitter with a sweet aftertaste. Quadrupel continues to ferment after bottling and offers aromas of banana, almond, vanilla and others.

Robe ambrée, voilée belle pétillance avec des bulles très fines petit col de mousse ivoire non persistant. Arômes de céréales, de noix, notes de banane, de raisins secs. Saveurs de céréales, de fruits mûrs, de caramel. Une bière sucrée, ronde, avec une amertume moyenne (22 IBU).
