The Total Knockout Belgian Golden is a strong blonde ale that hits you with a spicy rye-d hook followed by a quick jab of ginger and then finishes off with a rose petal uppercut. Aromatic enough for those with a nose but still easy drinking enough for other agendas. Inspired by my very own knockout, this is my attempt to create something equally as beautiful and powerful.
