Light garnet in color. Nose has all-natural and slight "brett" aromas followed by scents of wood, vanilla and deep berries. Mouthfeel: Tart and fruit-blackberries, strawberries, blueberries, strawberries with barnyard and oak finish. Brewed with Castle Pilsner, East Kent Goldings & Styrian Goldings hops with a Belgian Saison yeast strain. Aged on French Oak with local blackberries for 4 months
