For our experimental blonde ale we used copious amounts of Caravienne malt and just a dash of Columbus hops. We kept the hop addition to a bare minimum to help bring out the wonderful malt and fruit characteristics of this brew. Clean aromas of honey, nectarines, peaches and apricots are present.
