For this American India Pale Ale, we brewed with one malt - American 2-row barley - and one hop - Amarillo. The shorthand for this style of IPA is a "SMaSH IPA", or "Single Malt and Single Hop IPA". Pale yellow in color, this beer showcases crisp, clean malt flavors and approachable hop nuances. Centennial, is a dual-purpose hop also known as Super Cascade, and exhibits floral and citrus flavors and aromas. The beer finishes crisp but also has a lingering hop finish.
